    First time trying Haidilao in the states, service is as good as what we experienced in China. Our server Lily is very attentive and helpful. And I have to say, the food quality here is much better than in China;)

    This place is nice and fancy hot pot place. Everyone are extra friendly and helpful. It's fun in here. All the food are in highest quality. It's pricey though. It's not AYCE hot pot.

    Haidilao is a fun hot pot place. The menu is very straight forward. The quality of meat was fresh but it was a bit too chewy for my personal preference. They offer a sauce bar with a variety of condiments and kid's plate is served for free (although it's not a full meal but they can snack on it). I love ordering shrimp paste and hand made noodles here (watch the video uploaded). Overall, a good option for dinner date with families and friends. Oh and the wait staff here are so great!

    Really solid hot pot. Many different choices for soups and bites. There's something for everyone. I'm not surprised they have so many locations around the world. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Robot servers are also cute. They have tea and snacks available while you're waiting and they encourage you to take snacks to go.
